Standard Training: CSR Performance Ladder – Certification of CSR management systems

This training has been developed in order to qualify employees of a certification body which has included the CSR Performance Ladder in their services. The course has been developed for Lead Auditors with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
Participating in this training gives trainees all the required knowledge on the principles of the Standard as well as tangible competence for CSR auditing.

The following topics are addressed:

• Module 1: Stakeholder Management
• Module 2: Dealing with 33 CSR indicators
• Module 3: Requirements for the CSR Management System.

The ISO 26000, SA 1000 and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) form the basis for this course. During the training cases will be performed on the preparation, execution and reporting of a CSR audit.
