Testing and certification of Flue systems

A majority of  gas- solid fuel or fluid fuel appliances are operating with Flue systems (such as chimneys). This flue systems are of critical (safety) value of the operation of the whole system.

Safety standards for eg. Boilers or Water heaters, such as EN 437 and EN 25, often require testing with flue systems that are prescribed by the manufacturer.

Flue systems do also have to comply with the Construction products directive (CPD)
Kiwa is notified body under the CPD and is fully equipped to test and certify your flue systems.

Also for additional national requirements, Kiwa is the right party to help you. Amongst others we are able to carry out the corrosion resistance testing for your flue systems.
