Liquid Fuel Burners

Bio-ethanol and other liquid fuelled fires are entering the European market. At the moment the only regulation is the General Product Safety Directive for Consumer Products. This compulsory directive states that manufacturers must create a risk analysis of his products.

Kiwa Gastec has decided to start preparing a testing program that can be used in the so important and legally required Risk Analysis.

Status:

In close discussion with the Dutch Safety Authority VWA, we are using the prDIN norm EDIN 4734 as basis document. Please click here to download this document. 

We will carry out the testing and certification according to this document, added with the Kiwa / VWA comments that have been issued to DIN.
